I have been nursing for 27 years in areas that involve scrubs and frequent hand washing, e.g. midwifery, neo natal intensive care, urodynamics (my record is 16 scrubs in one day) and now orthopaedic surgery. As a result of using handwash solutions the skin on my hands had become constantly painful. I was very conscious of their appearance. It Works! - If you have dry, dry skin - then this is for you. A little goes a long way. I work it in at night. Was given it originally as a present. Wouldn't be without it, especially if you are an outdoorsy type.

This is an excellent, thick, long-lasting cream. I have suffered from eczema since childhood and have gone through a lot of prescription and over-the-counter brands of cream in that time, but this is by far the best and keeps my hands moist and soothed. Most of the other brands I have used contain chemicals that irritate or sting, but not this one. Highly recommend this cream, worth every penny.

Anyone looking for a quality hand cream? You've found it, this cream is amazing, it does what it says on the box. It's not greasy or sticky and has a pleasant smell. In fact all Apicare products I have tried are exceptional. Truly great products.
